Delivery & shipping costs

 

Our goods are shipped via DHL.

Standard shipping within Germany is a flat rate (2 euros up to 2 kg, 6 euros over 2 kg). Shipping costs are clearly displayed again in the shopping cart.

Please clarify the prices for express delivery and orders from abroad in advance via email: info@lachopperia.com

This applies to payments by credit card/PayPal as well as by prepayment.

Orders from other EU countries (e.g. Austria) are charged a flat rate of 14.90 euros.

Orders from non-EU countries (e.g. Switzerland) will be charged at least €25.00, or according to the actual shipping costs incurred.

All other countries according to cost.

For deliveries to non-EU countries such as Switzerland, we ship the goods tax-free. Additional costs such as customs duties, taxes, or service fees may apply upon import into your country. Please check with your customs authority beforehand. Please note that for legal reasons, we are required to declare the value of the items.
